1994 Chevrolet Silverado 2500
This is an ideal vehicle for a Texas or Oklahoma resident. Why? Because there, the price of a gallon of gas is just barely over $2. With a 454-cc V8 under the hood, we shudder to imagine the fuel consumption rating of this monster. And if it still looks brand new, it's because it has only 45,000 miles of driving behind it. The stuff of dreams…
Asking price: $18,995.
1964 Ford F-100
Speaking of vehicles to dream about, here's another one. In 1964, the fourth-generation (1961-1966) F-Series was still available, but that year a new grille was added. The designers also spaced the Ford letters a little further apart at the base of the hood than in 1963. Other improvements marked this vintage, proof in case you were wondering that the mid-cycle revisions we commonly see today are nothing new.
As for the price, although this model looked very good, it's possible to find very good examples of this generation for half the price.
Asking price: $26,900.
