Good news for the IndyCar fans as well as for Alex Tagliani as the Quebec-based French sports network RDS has confirmed that it would broadcast 16 IndyCar races in 2010.
However, only three races will be broadcasted live; the Indianapolis 500 in May, the race in Iowa June 20th as well as the Japanese event at Motegi on September 18th.
For RDS, this will be the first ever encounter with the IRL and we hope that it will eventually find a following amongst Quebec’s car racing fans as Tagliani will be the only Quebec native to be part of the line-up on a full-time basis.
