The official movie of the 2011 24 Hours of Le Mans and produced by Audi has been shown for the first time last Thursday on the Mega CGR giant screen of St. Saturnin near Le Mans in France.
The incredibly slim margin of victory of just 13.854 seconds that separated the Audi R18 and the second placed Peugeot 908 was just unbelievable.
The German car manufacturer has produced a stunning film about this feat, titled simply “13.854 seconds”.
The short movies relives the preparations, the qualifying session, the two huge crashes of the Audis, and the final moments of the race when the sole remaining Audi in the race crossed the line in first place.
