| Insiders suggest that Porsche will be upping the ante with yet another model. |
Insiders also suggest that Porsche will be upping the ante with yet another model. This won't be the naturally-aspirated V8 'S' model, but rather the base V6. The 250-horsepower 3.2-liter narrow angle V6 used for the base model, also featured in the Golf R32 and the entry-level Touareg, will most likely be replaced by the upcoming 3.6-liter to be featured in the top-model Passat. As with the current 3.2-liter engine, Porsche will most likely tune the motor for sharper response and additional power. Expect this motor to put out approximately 300-horsepower.
