Officially unveiled at this year’s New York International Auto Show in late March, the new 2019 Mazda CX-3 small crossover will be available at dealerships this month, and we now know the pricing for each of its trims.
GX
Starting MSRP for the base model CX-3 GX will be $20,795; this trim comes with standard 6-speed manual transmission as well as an optional SKYACTIV-Drive 6-speed automatic. All models from the GX up get Mazda’s predictive i-ACTIV all-wheel drive system, and all versions run on an improved 2.0L SKYACTIV-G engine.
The 2019 GX comes with new direct Tire Pressure Monitoring System, Advanced Blind Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, G-Vectoring Control, fabric-upholstered seats, power windows, power remote door locks, power mirrors, push-button start, two USB ports, rearview camera and Bluetooth hands-free calling and audio pairing.
GS
The mid-level GS, starting at $23,095, gets upgrades like 16-inch alloy wheels, heated exterior mirrors, automatic on/off headlights, rain-sensing wipers, heated steering wheel, automatic climate control and new piano black pillar accents. Adding the Luxury Package gives buyers leatherette-trimmed upholstery with cloth accents, power glass moonroof, and upgraded stitching detail on the front and rear armrests, front and rear door inserts, soft-touch side console panel, and soft-touch dash panel decoration, along with satin chrome vent bezels and inner door handles. Throw in the available i-ACTIVSENSE Package, and you also get Mazda Radar Cruise Control with Stop & Go function, Smart Brake Support, Pedestrian Detection (forward sensing), Distance Recognition Support System, Forward Obstruction Warning, Lane Departure Warning System, High Beam Control System, LED headlights with automatic levelling, Adaptive Front-lighting System, and LED rear combination lights with signature lighting and colour Active Driving Display heads-up unit.
GT
Priced at $30,795, the top-level CX-3 GT builds on all that and adds Pure White or black full-leather seating surfaces with high-gloss, pleated piping, as well as chrome accents on the front bumper and side sills and the new design of the upgraded 18-inch alloy wheels. Want more? The CX-3 GT comes with Traffic Sign Recognition System, LED fog lights, Bose premium sound system with 7 speakers, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, Mazda Navigation, advanced keyless entry (proximity and ignition), 10-way power-adjustable driver's seat with memory function, and Grand Luxe Suede inserts in the front and rear door trim and soft-touch dash panel decoration.
