Hyundai is in the process of making the Ioniq a brand in its own right with the upcoming arrival of the Ioniq 5 and Ioniq 6 next year. But the Korean automaker's current lineup contains an existing model also known at the Ioniq, and it shouldn't be ignored. Like the Kia Niro, the Hyundai Ioniq is also available in three electrification levels: electric, hybrid or plug-in hybrid. The Hyundai does slightly better than its Kia counterpart, however.
