It’s a story of same-old, same-old in the full-size pickup segment. There's a reason why the Ford F-150 has been leading the competition in sales for so long. And with the addition of a hybrid variant this year and the upcoming release of the F-150 Lightning, Ford ups the ante yet again.
That said, at the risk of repeating myself, the other two American models, the Ram 1500 and Chevy Silverado, are also very good choices.
