The Kia Seltos stands still, holding down the same position on our list as last year, this despite an increase in its base price. This is the case for all vehicles on this list, actually, as inflation and supply-chain issues have had their inevitable effect.

This is the last year of the vehicle in this form. Kia has already presented (virtually) the redesigned 2024 Seltos. That new edition will of course be more modern, but it will also be more expensive. In other words, if you like the Seltos and you’re on a tightish budget, it's now or never!
