Regulating the HVAC controls only acquires a light tap of the touch-sensitive slider controls. A similar control actuates the fan and the power windows.
The rear seats are individually power adjustable, improving both legroom and cargo capacity. The cargo area itself is as beautifully detailed as the passenger compartment, and adds an electrically operated sliding load floor with controls mounted on the D-pillars for ease of use. Under the cargo floor both heated and chilled storage bins are perfect for road trip food.
Also part of the luggage area, a leather overnight case fits into the left side while a safe box is integrated into the right side panel. The cargo cover is also electrically actuated, and store within the rear seat when not needed. More so, the tailgate is remote control power operated.
Other innovative features include rear headrests that fold down for increased visibility while under the center armrest an integrated child seat improves safety and convenience. With safety in mind the VCC adds WHIPS (Whiplash Protection System) and SIPS (Side Impact Protection System), plus all the expected active and passive safety features.
