Toyota Prius, Camry TRD & Avalon TRD, Corolla sedan (including the Hybrid)

Busy as beavers (or as BMW) this year in Los Angeles, Toyota will be presenting, for starters, its new 2020 Corolla, the 12th-generation of the hugely popular sedan.

The redesigned and revised new Corolla is built on the new TNGA (Toyota New Global Architecture) platform, and is powered by a new 2.0L Dynamic Force engine with an output of 169 hp working in conjunction with either a 6-speed manual or Direct-Shift CVT transmission.

Toyota rolled out the new Corolla Hatchback version earlier this year, and now it’s the turn of the sedan to take the spotlight, including its new hybrid version that will be offered in Canada, by the way.

We’ll also be seeing the TRD versions of the Camry and Avalon sedans under the lights at the Los Angeles show, as well as the new Prius, which will likely be made available with all-wheel drive.
