Ty Dillon truly dominated the Prairies Meadows 200 event at the Iowa Speedway on Saturday and won his fifth race of the current season.
Dillon, who started from the pole for Richard Childress Racing, led a total of 193 out of the 200 laps, including the final 82. It was the driver's seventh career victory in just his 14th ARCA start.
Dillon's 193 laps led marked an ARCA record in six races at Iowa, topping the 177 led by Steve Wallace in ARCA's first visit to Newton in 2006.
Cale Gale (Rheem Chevrolet) finished second in just his second start of 2011 for Kevin Harvick inc.
Chris Buescher (David Ragan Ford) was third and Grant Enfinger (Midwest/RaceTires.com) fourth while Dillon's teammate, Tim George Jr., completed the top-5.
Maryeve Dufault (Tony Marks Racing Dodge), who was back in action after missing the last event due to a shoulder injury, was involved in an accident on lap 120 and finished a distant 25th.
