The Honda Civic has gone from strength to strength over the years, and remains, according to KBB, the best buy in its class. It's a position that's justified by the fact that this model does everything well, just like some of its rivals such as the Mazda 3 or the Toyota Corolla.
The current generation was introduced for 2022 and is still available in sedan or hatchback configurations.
The Type R variant, among others, offers an exhilarating experience on the road, with its responsive handling and 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder offering 315 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque.
Its higher price has hurt it in Canada, however, as it has seen its rival Corolla overtake it in sales over the past two years, after a 24-year domination.

The Honda Accord was once the best-selling vehicle in North America. If SUVs weren't as popular as they are today, it could still stand out and dominate the market. It has been refined over the years, and the current generation, introduced for 2023, is disarmingly efficient in all respects.
