Weak sales of Chevrolet Cruze Lead to More GM Cuts
The continuing decline of car sales as consumers turn increasingly to SUVs has resulted in a fresh round of cuts at GM’s assembly plant in Lordstown, Ohio, home of the Chevrolet Cruze. GM has announced it is cutting one of two shifts, effective June 18.
