Back-Row Passengers at Greater Risk Than Those in Front in a Front-End Collision
A new IIHS study shows that passengers sitting in the second row of a vehicle are at greater risk of injury or death in a front-end collision than those sitting in front. The safety organization says head injuries are frequent and that improvements to seatbelts would help reduce injuries.
