On January 12th in Detroit, a jury of 57 auto journalists based in Canada and the U.S. will reveal the winners of the 2015 North American Car of the Year and 2015 North American Truck of the Year awards.
To be eligible, a vehicle had to be all-new or significantly updated and introduced in 2014.
After a long voting process, the remaining three finalists for the 2015 North American Car of the Year award include:
- Ford Mustang;
- Hyundai Genesis;
- Volkswagen Golf
As for the 2015 North American Truck of the Year award, the finalists are:
- Lincoln MKC;
- Ford F-150;
- Chevrolet Colorado.
Last year, the winners were the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray and 2014 Chevrolet Silverado.
