GM of Canada will offer revised versions of its Grand Prix lineup of mid-size coupes and sedans for 2001.
The base model, the SE sedan, will carry an MSRP of $26,130. It will get a monotone front fascia from the GT package, as well as black window moldings and graphite badging, a rear window antenna, a spoiler and manual dual-zone air conditioning. The SE also gets 5-spoke painted wheels as an option.
The GT model gets manual dual zone air and rear seat pass-through as standard equipment, with both the coupe and sedan models listing for $28,110.
The GTP coupe and sedan models get leather seats with heat on the driver side as standard equipment, and retail for $31,955. OnStar is now available as an option on this model.
New this year on GT and GTP trims is a Special Edition package, which several special exterior style tweaks, including special exhaust tips.
There are new tri-spoke wheels painted Silver Sparkle on the GT and GTP trims, with polished wheels with Charcoal ports and five-spoke painted wheels also optional on both.
The electrochromic inside rearview mirror now includes compass and outside temperature, all units of Grand Prix get an internal trunk release handle, and any can now be painted Galaxy Silver Metallic.
