Less than two years after it debuted on the market, the Sante Fe sport-cute will be updated by Hyundai for the 2003 model in response to consumer suggestions.
Changes include a revised center dashboard fascia that now includes the clock (it used to be overhead) and larger air conditioning vents, illuminated power window switches, better map lights, an illuminated glovebox interior, gas-charged struts for the hood, rear seat recline/fold controls that are easier to use, two outboard ISOFIX child seat anchors, improved map lamp and overhead console design, and chromed inside door handles and parking brake knob.
Despite these changes, Hyundai Canada's plan is not to change the MSRP.
There are also plans to add an optional sunroof, but that may not appear until later in the model year.
