Ryan Truex took a serious option today on the NASCAR K&N Pro Series title, a possible second for him, by winning the New Hampshire 125 at the Loudon oval this Friday.

Truex took over the lead on lap 122 and held on through two green-white-checker finishes for the sweep of the two K&N Pro Series East races at New Hampshire in 2010.

The No. 00 Michael Waltrip Racing Toyota driver lost the lead to Alan Tardiff on lap 110 and was later passed by Corey LaJoie.

On lap 122 LaJoie washed up the track entering Turn 3 while battling Tardiff for the lead and the pair spun out, which resulted in Truex resuming the race lead.

Brett Moffitt wound up as the race runner-up, his second such effort in four starts at the 1.058-mile oval. Jeff Anton crossed the line third to tie his previous best career finish.

After a disappointing 18th place on the starting grid, Andrew Ranger, driving the No.35 Waste Management Recycling Chevrolet, showed once again that he is an opponent to be reckon with by finishing 7th, a top 10 finish was one of his main objective.

The 2010 NASCAR K&N Pro Series East title will be decided on Friday, September 24 at Dover International Speedway in the Sunoco 150.
