The Rivian brand, which is supported by several big companies including Ford and Amazon, is about to enter the electric-vehicle arena for real. The first two models up, both of which have been flaunted previously in prototype form, are the R1T pickup and the R1S utility vehicle.
The pickup will be the first on the market, with the SUV to follow. Both of the American company's EVs promise a range of between 400 and 640 km. We should add that both have also gotten high marks for their designs.
The R1T pickup and R1S SUV are both expected sometime in the fall of 2021.
