2010 LA Auto Show: Kia POP Concept
Presented in Los Angeles to show off Kia's investment in green technologies, the POP Concept is a small, 100% electric, two-passenger vehicle that measures less than 10 feet long and that flaunts a futuristic look out of chrome and sheer roundness.
