GM Will Spend $2 Billion to Upgrade Plants, Increase Production in Ontario : Scott Bell, Vice President, Global Chevrolet, and Marissa West, President and Managing Director, GM Canada

GM is investing $2 billion in Ontario, notably with a retool of its Cami Assembly plant in Ingersoll, Ontario to handle EV production, and the expansion of truck production ats its facility in Oshawa. The federal government is pitching in $259 million as well.
