The Yeti is a compact, monobox-style vehicle aimed at the younger generation who enjoys the great outdoors, but doesn't want to have to deal with the truck-like characteristics and poor fuel consumption of a larger 4x4. As such, the Yeti is a vehicle that conforms to its drivers, instead of the driver conforming to the vehicle.
In many respects, the Yeti is a continuation of the Roomster concept which made its debut at the IAA show in Frankfurt, Germany two years ago. Both vehicles are similar in that

The concept also demonstrates the need for a vehicle that can be used in an urban setting for everyday life, one that is easy to maneuver in rush-hour traffic and navigate narrow European streets and even tighter back alleys. The Yeti is the car that can do it all, according to Skoda.
