Mercedes-Benz AMG GT R Pro
I had the privilege of driving the AMG R from Mercedes-Benz, and now I’m happy to see the company come out with the AMG GT R Pro, indisputably its most athletic car produced to date. To be offered in both coupe and convertible versions, the AMG GT R Pro will generate the same amount of horses as the R version (577 hp) with its 4.0L turbo.
The Pro gets accessorized accordingly, for example with the integrated AMG DYNAMICS drive control system for more agile handling, a new suspension, aerodynamic settings that maximize downforce, lightweight bucket seats and even light wheels. All of this serves to improve the driving dynamics and bring down lap times when you take it onto the track - which is likely what many of the well-off sensation-seeking buyers that make up the target market for this model will be doing with their AMG GT R Pro.
