The Kia Soul gets a slight redesign for 2023, while the Niro has been thoroughly made over and updated. The crossover continues to be offered with three different powertrains (hybrid, plug-in hybrid and pure electric) in 2023, but obviously it’s the all-electric model that earns it a place on this Earth Day Top 10.
The new Niro’s design is bolder and more exciting, both outside and in, where two screens cosy up behind one massive display glass. On the other hand, in terms of performance and range, this new model follows the same formula as the outgoing model.
For consumers who don't necessarily need the most advanced electric model, either of these two Kia EVs are great choices, even as a primary vehicle.
