The $35,000 (USD) Tesla Model 3 promised when the car first debuted can now be ordered by consumers. This most affordable version of the Model 3 comes with a more-spartan interior and lesser range, but it does fulfill the promise made by Tesla boss Elon Musk when the model first debuted.
