New Rules Seek to Eliminate Phantom Vehicles at Night in Canada : Road traffic, at dusk

New vehicle lighting standards come into effect this month in Canada. Specifically, all new vehicles will be required to have an automatic function for lights, or have their dashboard turned off if the lights are not on. The goal is to get rid of phantom vehicles on nighttime roads once and for all.
