GM Is Sticking with Gasoline Engines for Now : General Motors - factory
GM doesn't plan to abandon its gasoline engines anytime soon, at least in markets where their ICE vehicles sell well. And part of the reason is that the company is counting on them to fund its transition to electrification. To that end, GM believes its EVs will be profitable by 2025.
