Volvo to Triple Its Production of Hybrid Vehicles... By the End of This Year
Volvo has announced it wants to triple its production of hybrid vehicles by the end of 2019, in order to meet stronger-than-expected demand for electrified vehicles. The plan calls for 25% of the vehicles the company sells to feature hybrid powertrains by the end of this year.
