Ottawa Seeing Upswing in Car Thefts, With Toyota-Lexus Most Popular Targets
Since the beginning of the year, the city of Ottawa has seen the number vehicle thefts increase dramatically over last year. Police say an international criminal ring is responsible for the majority of the thefts.
