The 2022 Hyundai Ioniq 5 all-electric crossover has earned the best-possible Top Safety Pick+ rating from the IIHS (Insurance Institute for Highway Safety). Its close cousins the Kia EV6 and Genesis GV60 have yet to be sufficiently tested to obtain a rating.
